I adore this necklace. I wear it almost every day...I'm the type of person who sticks to one item of jewelry...kinda like a signature piece I guess. Anyway, this necklace is amazing. I apologize that the picture isn't the best. The elephant is silver, and there is a tiny little gold butterfly next to her. I learned that when the elephant's trunk is pointing up, it's good luck. So she's my little good luck charm. =]

9you said if the elephant's trunk is up it's good luck, but that doesn't necessarily mean that if the trunk's down it's bad luck does it?
10i read a little bit about it, and one of the more commonly held beliefs is that when the trunk is up, good luck is stored and when it is down, good luck is dispensed....so really both ways could be seen as lucky.
